Work Bee Success at the Tioga County Fair Grounds!

A huge thank you to Expand Energy for generously providing volunteers to help complete our Raise the Region project — creating accessible seating at the track! While we still need to install a railing and add a few finishing touches, the project is essentially complete, and it looks fantastic!

Special thanks to Joe Button, both a valued member of our fair family and an Expand Energy employee, for coordinating everything and keeping the momentum going.

We were honored to have several guests join us for the day:

June is Dairy Month and it’s just around the corner!🥛🍦🐄What better way to celebrate than with some exciting local dairy news?

We’re thrilled to share that Sara Kennedy, our 2022-2023 Tioga County Dairy Princess, has been hired as the Summer Intern at the Center for Dairy Excellence!

In her new role, Sara will be supporting Pennsylvania dairy farmers and helping to develop educational programs that promote the goodness of dairy.

Congratulations, Sara! You continue to make Tioga County proud and we can’t wait to see all the great things you’ll accomplish this summer!
