The Wenatchee Convention Center is located at 121 North Wenatchee Ave, in downtown Wenatchee, Washington and is attached by skybridge to the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. Wenatchee is well known as the Apple Capital of the world and is a favorite of statewide associations and organizations. The convention center which leverages Wenatchee’s central Washington location and beautiful climate also pro

vides an ideal setting for conventions, meetings and social events including weddings. The Convention Center features 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The center features a ballroom of over 10,000 square feet, a 7,560 square-foot exhibition hall, 14 breakout/meeting rooms ranging from 500 square feet to 2,000 square feet, all with full catering capabilities. The center can host events for up to 1,200 people. Parking at the Convention Center is free. The Convention Center is also fully equipped with audio visual equipment including ceiling mounted E-Version Laser 8500 Lumens Projectors, Creston Advanced Touch Screen Conference Room Controls, PTZ video tracking cameras and Creston Air Media. Adjacent to the convention center is the Numerica Performing Arts Center which features year-round performances. Right outside of the Wenatchee Convention Center’s doors lies Wenatchee’s Historic Downtown featuring local shops, artistry, restaurants, tasting rooms, breweries and the accessible River Walk Crossing Bridge leading you directly to the beautiful Apple Capital Loop Trail and the highly popular Pybus Public Market. The Wenatchee Convention Center is owned by the City of Wenatchee and operated by Coast Hospitality Management, which also operates the adjoining Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel connected by sky bridge.

Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., honoring his commitment to justice, equality, and community. It's a day to reflect, learn, and come together to make a positive difference.

As part of this celebration, don’t miss the Martin Luther King, Jr. Multicultural Fest on January 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. This free event celebrates the rich diversity of our region with cultural booths showcasing art, crafts, clothing, and pictures.

Kids can participate by collecting stickers from each cultural booth, and enjoy performances by dancers, musicians, and performers throughout the day. The City of Wenatchee will also recognize the winners of the 2025 Wenatchee Valley Uplift Awards during the program.

Exciting News at Wenatchee Convention Center! 🚧

In May 2024, we announced that the Wenatchee Convention Center is undergoing a significant expansion! A brand new two-story addition, covering 24,000 square feet, is being built to enhance our capacity and amenities, ensuring even more memorable events for our guests.

Here’s what’s coming:

✨ Three New Breakout Rooms
✨ Expanded Pre-Function Areas
✨ Additional Office Space

This expansion will provide even more versatility for events of all sizes, making our center the perfect place for your next gathering. The project is scheduled for completion in August 2025, and we can't wait to welcome you to our upgraded venue!
