Gone cruising!....

We are taking some time off for the next few months to travel and relax. Last year was crazy busy, and now it's time to rest and focus on our family and health! I'll be checking my devices weekly.

It was a fantastic evening at Lighthouse Christian Ministries celebrating the true meaning of Christmas with many families, Veterans, and those in need.

This year NIAB is raising funds and collecting items to support Light House Christian Ministries in the following ways:

~Funds to provide maintenance and fuel for the trucks that deliver food to the food market, where we give out over 6,000 carts full of groceries each month to those in the Wenatchee Valley! We also take the food trucks up to Malott and a few areas around Omak to deliver food for food banks up there throughout the month as well!

~Warm clothing is being collected in preparation for winter to help clothe those in need in the Wenatchee Valley. We have very cold winters here, and this is always a huge need!

You can participate in multiple ways this year! You can participate with LCM at Sav-Mart for the event, or you can participate at home or at your own church and post your pictures with the (we still ask that you pay the registration fee to participate virtually to help raise funds).

After program fees, we encourage you to raise funds from the community, family, etc. to "keep yourself out of the box." We suggest setting a goal of at least $1,500 to encourage others to donate funds to keep yourself from sleeping overnight in the box. We also have sponsorships available for the event as well! If you would like to learn more about sponsorships, please view the PDF attachment under the discussions tab.

On the night of the event, we will have a worship tent, a prayer tent, a sermon, dinner will be provided, and breakfast the next morning will be provided as well! It will be a great night filled with fellowship with the Lord and our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ!

Wow, what a Spring-beginning of Summer whirlwind! We had so much fun working with the many clients, on different types of events the past 4.5 months! This is why I love this job, relationships and creativity!

What a wonderful Apple Blossom Festival! I got the chance to announce the parade on Saturday with my long-time friend Pat Haley. There were 107 parade entries for this 104th year, including the Apple Citizen of the Year, Bob Mast, congratulations Bob!

Multiple cultures were showcased through beauty and music, along with many marching bands from all over the State, and the final drive of Mayor Frank K***z, who served Wenatchee since 2011, thank you, Mayor K***z for your service!

Fun fact about pi day -

Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) because the first three digits of pi (3.14) represent the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.

Today is a day to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments, contributions, and strength of all women around the world.

Let's use this day to come together in support of each other.

Whether it’s through supporting female entrepreneurs and business owners, volunteering with or donating to an organization that helps empower women, or simply showing appreciation and gratitude for the women in our own lives.

Let’s all take the opportunity to do something today to make this International Women’s Day a meaningful one.

Planned myself some time away with my daughter.

While away, reflecting on how important taking time for yourself truly is, I sat and enjoyed this view.

It’s essential to remember that your inner speech is powerful.
