Happy Holidays to my food truck world! Just over 7 years ago I opened my first truck, it was old, broke down a lot and wasn't reliable.

Fast forward a year or two and my partner and I found the truck that has been named Peter. Peter was bought with over 350,000 miles but sure was reliable. What a fun, and scary experience this was! Peter now is approaching 500,000k miles. Holy crap!
Peter got the crew around ALL the places!Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee. Suddenly the small food truck world was SO big! The crew traveled, tried so much new food, met some of the coolest people ever, and toured trucks to see their setups.
Over the next few Years Peter traveled, and was upgraded. Freezers were added, we put in a smaller sink to add a HUGE grill, electric was redone, the list goes on and on.
Covid came and our world changed again, Suddenly we had nowhere to go for our usual lunches, and the crew worked nights. Now that things are calmer...ish, we look forward to bringing you some NEW Tacos, hitting some new states, and meeting more people.
One thing is certain-couldnt do it without my support people.
