Attention all pageant participants:

If you did not get your pictures, we will be back at the center on Tuesday,
May 7th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Weogufka Center lunchroom. Lori Bevels who has handled all pageant activities has turned all remaining pictures over to the center. If you can’t make it at this time, please let us know and we will make arrangements to get them to you or set up another time. Thank you!

*****Updated times***** I have had something come up that I can’t miss. For any pageant contestants that would like your score sheets and photogenic pict back I will have them this Saturday at Mule Day in the lunchroom from 9:30am. To 10:00am. If the score sheets aren’t picked up then they will then be trashed. As for the pictures I will keep them for one more week if not picked up on Saturday.

If these times do not work for you . I can always take a picture and either message them to you or email the to you.

UPDATE: We now have 61 vendors registered for Mule Day! Y’all come check us out!

Come on out to MULE DAY on April 27, 2024 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. WE ALREADY HAVE 50 VENDORS registered! It’s going to be a great time for all! $5.00 parking, car show, fried apple pies, sausage biscuits will be sold beginning at 7:00 am. UDPATED TO ADD we have a solution. As soon as she is done editing each image I will make a post with one picture of each contestant and we ask that you just comment their name and the parents email.

Hey, everyone, this is Crystal, the photographer from last night. So, I made a huge mistake last night, I had asked all of you to take your child's number off of their dress so it would not be in the picture, however, I did not realize at the time that I would not know who each child was. So I have all of these pictures of all these beautiful girls and handsome boys but have no idea who each of them are. I am going to send out a massive email asking all parents to somehow help me identify your child. You can send me a picture of your child or describe to me what dress or what they looked like. Please email me at [email protected] or text me at 256-861-0641.
Help me to identify each child and once I am completed editing your pictures, I will send them to you via email. Thank you so much and I apologize for this minor mistake that I made. A learning process on my end.

I want to thank everyone that participated in our pageant and helped in anyway. We understand there were some concerns with the amount of time it took us to tally the scores and get to the crowning portion and we apologize for that. If we make plans to do another pageant next year we will separate it out into multiple divisions and crown in between. We wanted all ages to have the opportunity to be the overall Miss Weogufka Center. Congratulations to all the beautiful contestants. You all did a marvelous job. We will post the winners of each age group tomorrow.

Admission for all spectators of the pageant will be $5.00 for ages 5yrs and up. The doors for spectators will not open until 3:45pm.
Only one adult may accompany the contestant. That adult will have a different colored wristband and will be the only adult allowed in the dressing rooms and down the dressing room hallway. Contestants may arrive at 3:00pm to enter the dressing rooms and for pictures.

We will be doing a little decorating this afternoon for the pageant and we will be drawing for our gift card winners for the ones who paid their remaining balance by April 2.

Contestants we will be drawing this afternoon for the winners of the 3 gift cards for all of the contestants that paid their remaining $65.00 by April 2nd and received the $5.00 discount.

The discount is now over but if you still wish to pay your remaining $70 by Venmo, PayPal or cash app you may do so up until April 5th at 12 noon. Cash will only be accepted on registration night and preferably correct cash.

!!I’m so excited it’s pageant week!!

Let’s get those last payments in before tomorrow, April 2 to receive the $5.00 discount. I love a good giveaway so for everyone that pays their final fee by April 2 @ 3:00pm will be entered into a giveaway for 3 Walmart gift cards!!!

Just a reminder all remaining balances must be paid in cash if you choose to pay on registration night.

Also the day of the pageant will be cash only sales.

!!! PAGEANT CONTESTANTS!!! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

Remember to arrive at the center on April 5 at 5:00pm so you can receive your contestant number, parent wristband and pageant day information sheet. You will also need to fill out your child’s biography sheet that I will read off of on pageant day.

Crystal clear photography will be setup on registration night for you to sign up for professional pictures to be taken on pageant day. She will have her prices and will be able to answer any questions you may have!

The doors to the dressing rooms will open at 3:00pm on pageant day for the contestants and their one free adult.

Boys must come dressed and ready to go on stage at 4:00pm.

The Auditorium doors will remain closed until 3:45pm! NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM UNTIL 3:45!

Last year we had a couple of incidents where some of the contestants were getting dressed in the hallways. WE CAN NOT HAVE THAT HAPPEN THIS YEAR. This is out of respect for the contestants number one and the fathers, brothers and grandfathers that will be entering the auditorium.

NO Dads, Brothers, Uncles or grandfathers will be allowed in the dressing rooms or on the hall the dressing rooms are on.

If you are a single dad, grandfather etc.. we will be more than happy to offer you a separate dressing room if the need arise.

Last but not least, if you choose to pay your remaining balance on registration night I can only accept cash and it will be the original total of $70.00.

Pageant contestants!! We have decided to offer a $5.00 off discount to any one who pays their remaining balance before April 2, 2024. Paying by Venmo, cash app and PayPal will speed up the process at registration night.

You may also pay for your family and guest wristbands early as well. This will speed up the entry into the auditorium. Any admission wristbands that you purchase via Venmo, cash app or PayPal will be given to you on registration night.

!!!Attention pageant contestants!!! We have had such a turn out for our up coming pageant that I have decided to do a drawing!! We will be spinning the wheel with all of the contestants name on it. We will have 2 winners. The first winner may enter 3 photos in to the photogenic portion at no cost. If you have already paid that will go towards your final payment. Our 2nd winner will win $70 off of your remaining balance! We will be doing the spins late night or tomorrow morning!!
