🌟 Packages posted on our pinned posts! If not communicated - gates will not open until designated time. If leaving the venue to return at time of event - doors & gate must be closed. During

the event, it is optional to have gate and barn doors open or closed. Please slowly roll the garage doors open DO NOT toss up aggressively

Should any rules be violated, items or venue property be damaged, charges for each violation/damage will be billed. The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it. Alcohol may not be served to minors. At any time, if the venue deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, venue has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises. Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised by an adult. No glitter, rice or confetti may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors. Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue
NO Weapons of any kind (including concealed) or items that can be used as a weapon. NO Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia. All trash must in trash bags before dumping into waste containers - trash bags are provided by venue - waste containers are found by the horse stables and behind the barn.

💖 Important Reminders:

Ice Chest Usage:
Please don't forget to dump out any ice and water after your event.

Gum Disposal:
Do not throw gum on the barn floor or carpet. Please do not stick under the tables 🥲

Trash Disposal:
Ensure all trash is placed in trash bags.

Toilet Etiquette:
Please do not dispose of napkins or other items in the toilets.

Contract:
If you have been given a special rate for smaller events, please respect it. No extra guests, tables, or chairs are allowed. We can provide you with additional tables for food and such.

Event Preparation:
Please be mindful that we have back-to-back events scheduled. After each event, we work late nights to clean, sanitize, and prepare for the next one.

Liability Fee:
A reminder that you will be charged for non-compliance / damages and or for not cleaning up

We want to provide the best service to each and everyone, and with your help, we can achieve just that ❤️
