We’ve had the pleasure of capturing some beautiful weddings these past few months and working with awesome couples. As hard as it is working a full time job on top of running a business, we love what we do and wouldn’t trade it for the world. It’s worth the seemingly endless hours of editing just to see smiles on our couples’ faces.

Long time no post..

Things have been crazy busy at the Violet and Iris headquarters (hence the lack of posting). But I’m back with a beautiful Central Park wedding!

Angela, Jon, and their dog Fiona (not pictured here) were absolutely precious! It was a great experience shooting in such an iconic location and we can’t wait to go back! More photos and video of this lovely couple (as well as their four-legged friend) are on the way!

Just a couple of preview photos from Tiffany and Kevin’s wedding 💕

Not to sound cheesy, but this wedding holds a special place in my heart. Last year we worked with Tiffany and Kevin for their engagement shoot, and they were one of the first couples we shot as “Violet and Iris”. They were so laid back, laughing the whole time, and just made the shoot insanely enjoyable for us.

Fast forward almost a whole year to their wedding, and the day was even more awesome than we could’ve imagined! First of all, just look at them….yes, they’re real people, not paid actors. The church and venue were breathtaking, and their friends and family were WILD on the dance floor 🕺🏼 Couples like Tiffany and Kevin are the reason we love what we do. We are immensely grateful we got to capture their day, and hope to work with them again someday (..maternity photos anyone? 😉)
