Coming to the end of the 2024 season and as you all saw, no 2024 event and I have more bad news.
2025:
The State of Wi Milwaukee Wisconsin State Fair Park is blaming construction again and then offering any available weekend to other clubs who have a longer history at the Milwaukee mile.
We are stuck here between a rock and a hard place. We don’t intend on stopping pushing for an event at the Milwaukee mile in the future but at this point we will be going on more years off than we were on.
There’s construction until the nascar Father’s Day event, the September nascar event was already moved 2025 with some disappointing sounding comments by the nascar promoter, and after Father’s Day summers get crazy as you all know between other track events and events on the grounds that use the track for parking.
The track is ran privately and if they don’t want an event, they don’t need to allow an event. Weather it’s intentional or just the way it’s playing out, drifting is taking a back seat.
We will be back, we are young guys with nothing but time…
