2024 was a big year for us.

450 catered events. Tens of thousands of people fed. None of this would have been possible without the incredible love and support of our vendors, clients, friends, and community. Special thanks to the City of West Allis, WI Government and Mayor Dan Devine for being some of our biggest cheerleaders! 🙌

But the real heart of Tall Guy? Our Team.

Don't let the name "Tall Guy" fool you – we have a powerhouse team of mostly women who truly embody strength, passion, and dedication. They work tirelessly, often sacrificing time away from their families, to ensure every event we cater is nothing short of amazing. Their hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment to going above and beyond are the heart and soul of what we do.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without this incredible and talented group, and we’re so proud to call them our own.

We have a lot of great things to share with you soon, including a remodeled and expanded kitchen, our second location(!), and a deeper commitment to serving and supporting our community right here in West Allis.

Stacey joins us as our new Sales & Development Manager, overseeing all things weddings and building relationships with vendors and key clients. With nearly 20 years of catering and event planning experience, Stacey is a pro at crafting unforgettable events, thinking through every last detail, and turning dreams into reality.🪄

Before coming to Brazen Standard, she launched and grew a successful catering division, showing off her strategic skills and passion for client satisfaction. We’re so excited to have her on board to help us grow and keep delivering exceptional experiences!

When she’s not working her magic, Stacey loves spending time with her husband, Brett, her two sons, Nolan and Camden, and their adorable dog, Nova. The family enjoys outings and adventures that keep them connected and inspired.
