I remember how the neighborhood got together to do things for the families of the victims of 911. Bellmore is such a great town. I was asked to deliver a few trays of food from my pizzeria to a family who just lost their father. There were two little children running around when I went to the house. It was so sad.
I can recall it like yesterday.
