Yesterday I had the privilege to attend an Orange County Food Conversation with fellow food stakeholders to discuss how we can strengthen food access and local food production in Orange County. It was inspiring learning how we are all working to bring local food and education to our local food system.

At Elle's on Elm I strive to use as many local products as possible and I encourage you all to shop and support your local food co-op so you know exactly where your food comes from. For my fellow Orange Countians Lost River Co-op & Cafe is located just off the square in Paoli for your grocery needs and runs several programs throughout the year. They work tirelessly with local farmers and producers so that you can bring the best quality to your table to feed and fuel you and your family!
