Today we installed a “two hearts as one” espalier pear tree in the Pony Barn Garden on Kingsheart Farm. This special tree has been in training for ten years and its heart-shaped design is a stunning example of the ancient art of espalier. And oh yes - next year we will be gathering its golden Kiefer pears! Thank you, Steve Haro, for the perfect installation.
