I had an order for the Spinach Gourmet Salad today. It’s Baby Spinach, Gruyère Cheese, sautéed Red Onions, Pears, Candied Pecans, Bacon and Raspberry Vinaigrette. My client didn’t want the bacon. I made a little one for me and my daughter. It was delicious. 👩🏽‍🍳☺️
