It's a year ago today that I picked up my smoker trailer and started my journey into BBQ catering. I didn't exactly know what I was getting into but I have met some of the best people along the way and while the hours are long and this is still my side job I wouldn't change a single thing. Thank you all for the support and I'm looking forward how the next year unfolds. Plus today I have a the amazing opportunity to be cooking for Villages of Winding Creek at their fall festival.
