Arborist Adventure Wine Dinner for the Giving Society. Thank you all for letting me cook for you and for the excellent side by side pairings for each course. Looking forward to seeing the Green Space you all create with those donations!

1st Course- The Lotus Garden
5 spiced roasted yams, crisp sesame slaw, kumquat, lemongrass-galangal dressing, lotus root crisp

2nd Course- Fall Harvest
Apple stuffed Chicken Roulade, maple-butternut squash puree, broccolini, baby carrot and corn, cider pan jus, micro beet greens

Intermezzo- Sweet Pea and Preserved Lemon Espuma
