This Saturday we honor the life of our mom with a 3 course meal that brings back memories of our childhood. We hope you enjoy. We'll start with our hand cut #Chips and #PicoDeGallo, enjoyable at any age as a delicious appetizer. 😋 For the main course: Sopes with a side of Mexican Rice. #Sopes are round thick corn tortillas shaped into a bowl.
