Apelila Photography Come check out Apelila Photography. Photography is a passion to me I have been educating myself for eighteen years now. I learned my way around the darkroom.

I first discovered black and white photography in a high school course. I ran around the island of Maui where I grew up snapping photo's of everything I could, I couldn't stop. Once I moved back to Nebraska my birth place, I found my first Pentax a K1000 and I fell in love with brand. I now use my Pentax K-7 but I do own a collection of older cameras I plan to repair and experiment with at some p

oint. I still educate myself with books, online tutorials, talking to other photographers, and experimenting. I am going back to school to finish a degree in Graphic Arts as well. Learning never ends there is always something new out there.
