2023 Women Leaders in Business is presented by Mota Enterprises & Mota Crosslinking Business Academy - Academia de Negocios.

The purpose of the initiative is to recognize those leading women in the business world, who have caused a positive impact and reached levels of excellence in the business community in our state. In addition to promoting the growing wave of entrepreneurship in the female field. within the celebrations of this virtual event, the respective proclamations by the mayors of West Columbia and Columbia will be carried out, recognizing March 18 as the International Day of Women Leaders in Business, respectively.

Founded in 2018, the objective of Mota Enterprises is to create a strategic bridge between local government offices and private entities for the benefit of the business community in our state. In 2020, within its exponential growth, Mota Enterprises gave life to its no less important sister, Mota Crosslinking Business Academy.
