My intention for 2024 was to find inner peace and cultivate self love. With the daily conscious and intentional choices, I was gifted more than I ever dreamed of and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. 💖

Building a business from the ground up, while juggling corporate work and mom/wife/friend/me life, I completely lost myself the last 4 years under the chaos of life. 2024 was the year I came back home to myself and it’s the greatest lesson I hold within my heart.

As we go into 2025, may you embrace that less is more.

Less noise, more calm
Less hustle, more balance
Less proving, more being
Less perfection, more progress
Less distraction, more presence
Less consumption, more appreciation
Less following the crowd, more living authentically

My intention for 2025 is to do everything with love, move with love, and trust that the rest will follow. I’m excited to experience what 2025 has in store! 💖💫✨

Every Mother’s Day brings up a whirlwind of emotions for me. I’m reminded of the painful journey (4 years of trying, 3 miscarriages, and 4 losses) I’ve experienced to become a mother and the deep gratitude I have that I am now a mother. While this day is filled with celebrations, it can be hard when you’re trying, healing from trauma, or remembering a loss.

As a mother, my journey has taught me the meaning of faith and resilience. When I was about to accept my fate of not being a mother and entirely abandon hope, my daughter, Hana, was welcomed into our lives.

On your journey of motherhood, may you be reminded of your strength, hope, faith and most of all your resilience that is already within you.
