The Spring/Summer brochure is up on the West Hartford Leisure Services website! Make sure to review the pre-registration checklist (page 2 below). 👍 All programs will be visible on Recdesk by Wednesday and summer camp registration will open for West Hartford residents on 2/5 and for non-residents on 2/12. Spring program/April Vacation registration opens exactly 1 month later - 3/5 for residents and 3/12 for non-residents.

Summer camp registration is almost here! Make sure to update your Recdesk account and enroll potential campers in the free "Emergency Services Emergency Form" program to get health forms and waivers completed and out of the way before registration opens. 😎

Summer camp registration is around the corner! This means it's a good time to -

1. Create or login to your RecDesk account. Confirm your contact information and confirm all family members have been added to your household and their birthdays are correct.
2. Enroll potential campers into the "Leisure Services Emergency Form" program. This $0 program will allow you to review & accept the Leisure Services waiver and create/update your camper's emergency form (blue box in upper right of screen).
3. Completing this step will save time during the registration process that opens on February 5th at noon.

Keep an eye on the Leisure Services page where we'll post an announcement when the brochure becomes available online. We can't wait to see everyone this summer! 🤩👍🌳☀️🏀🎾🏊‍♀️🤸

We had our annual visit from Mrs. Claus yesterday. So glad she had time to stop by during this busy time of year and she even got Santa to stop by too.

Elsa and Anna stopped by the community center and they even brought Olaf too! We had so much fun singing and dancing and taking some royal photos. Thank you Elsa and Anna safe travels back to Arendelle!
