Cooking healthy meals. For me I need to have precise control. The indoor electric griddle is the perfect solution. Not all griddles will work , the good ones as here required shopping around. Most important is a temperature control module, most don't have one. Most have 3 settings high, medium and low. This is useless, you need actual temperature settings. In addition it is non stick with easy cleaning. Last there is very little smoke to deal with which is important, not setting off smoke alarm.

Little bridesmaid: way back when I photographed scenic landscapes. As beautiful as the landscapes where something was missing. After many years I realized it was people that was missing. I abandoned the landscapes for crowds of people. Today I can truly say photographing people has been very rewarding. 🇺🇸

Photographing children: children are a joy to photograph, I don't pose them. Instead, I just let them be themselves. Also, never point flash at them. I bounce the flash, and flash will help freeze motion. 🇺🇸

In the midst of Covid19 more people are choosing to do backyard weddings. Small gatherings of best friends and family are the way to go. The ideal I think is perfect , a lot less planning, cost , and it is more casual. Also, the usual all day wedding with multiple locations is reduced to a few hours at one location.

Photographing children: As we all know children are special, and photographing them simply requires letting them be themselves. Unlike grownups that often require prompting , and posing; children need no prompting , use just need to be ready with camera in hand. Also, Never point Flash at children, I always use flash to freeze motion, yet it is bounced of walls or ceiling.

More of Jennifer, a large part of my work is to be artistic using light and poses. Always help when your subject knows the poses. For light I often I'll switch out of the soft light and use a more contrast light for dramatic effects.
