The 3 types of Real Estate Markets:

1. Buyers market - more than 7 months of inventory

2. Balanced market - from 5-7 months of inventory

3. Sellers market - less than 5 months of inventory

It’s a VERY STRONG seller’s market right now.

Typically, the winter is the slowest season of the year in our industry. However, experts predict that this year will be quit different. Low inventory combined with record low mortgage rates are expected to cause a buyer frenzy.

One challenge is the extremely low amounts of inventory.

If you’re looking to cash out at the top of the market, the time to sell is NOW! From where the market has been this year, it can only go down in the coming years...
