His menus feature a variety of eclectic fusions and unique elements of his experience with French, Italian, American, Cuban, Mexican, Argentine, and Spanish cuisines. Over the past five years, I have had the incredible experience of working as a private chef for a family. Words can’t capture how amazing this journey has been. The time has flown by, and I’ve grown immensely, both personally and professionally. However, the pace of life has quickened, and it’s time for a change.
