We are proud of our former counselor and Monmouth University Alumni! She has had an incredible 2024, with more to come!

It was a bittersweet end for on Saturday in the repechage rounds of the women’s 800m in Paris, but Wilson said she ran HER RACE, and that’s ’all she can ask for.’

The American ran a quality time of 1:59.73, but she was the first athlete out of the semifinals.

As the Olympic Trials come to a close, we’d like to send a big congratulations to . Competing in his 4th Olympic Trials, Travis was one of just 3 men to do the 3K Steeplechase / 5K double in . may remember that he broke 4:00 in the first back in 2018, and now he’s one of the event directors for the 2024 event scheduled for Thursday night August 29 .

The next 3 events for which we will be providing support are 3 great ones! The Big Bang Mile on Saturday July 13; the Sheehan Classic 5K finishing on on Saturday August 10; and the on Thursday evening August 29 … All three events have prize money for top competitors, and all three will have races for all ages and abilities. Registration is open and more information for all these events is available now .

Congrats to former counselor/coach Travis Mahoney on his win at the Trials of Miles last night! In addition to continuing his own great racing, Travis is one of the race directors for the Monmouth Mile at CBA - Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft NJ - scheduled for Thursday night August 29 this year.

Congratulations to Travis Mahoney on a great season opener (8:30 in the 3K Steeple at Raleigh Relays at North Carolina State University). Our former counselor/coach was one of our sub-4:00 milers at the first Monmouth Mile in 2018. Might there be more news coming soon from Runner's High about this year’s event? Stay tuned.
