Wow. What a party last night!

7 Twelve Table and Tavern really knows how to put it together! I was really busy mixing and spinning some really good dance tracks to get any photos and video, but it was a great time!

The hosts treated me extremely well and everyone had an amazing time. I'm recovering today, but I'm certainly looking forward to an amazing year!

No more Christmas music for the next 11 months!

In a previous chapter of my life, I spent several years playing guitar and sometimes bass in a band. It always bums me out to hear about a venue closing. Pittsburgh has lost The Rex Theater, Altar Bar, Diesel, probably a few more I'm forgetting as well.. but now the news comes that the Hard Rock Cafe is closing up. It wasn't necessarily my favorite venue to perform at, but definitely a cool one. Just to see all of the rock memorabilia alone was cool. It seems like so many venues are closing their doors.. I hope the music scene will survive and find new places an opportunities for local musicians as well as bigger acts to perform.
