🌟It’s time for a Team Member Spotlight!🌟

Please join us in congratulating our amazing Supervisor, Sarah, on celebrating her 5th anniversary at Chick-fil-A!

Sarah began working at Chick-fil-A her junior year of high school when she was 16 years old.

She is currently in school at Louisiana Tech studying Kinesiology.
�She will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in 2026, then plans to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy!

Sarah says that one of the most important things she has learned while working at Chick-fil-A is how to show care and compassion to everyone. You never know what people are going through, so it is important to treat everyone with care and a genuine smile, it really can make someone’s day brighter.

Congratulations on 5 years with us, Sarah!

🌟It’s time for a very special Team Member Spotlight!🌟

Please join us in congratulating our wonderful Senior Director, Millie, on celebrating her 25th anniversary at Chick-fil-A!

Since she began working at Chick-fil-A in 2000, Millie has grown into a caring leader who inspires everyone around her. She says joining Chick-fil-A was “the best life choice I could ever have made.”

We’re so thankful for all she’s poured into our team and community over the years!

We sat down and asked Millie some questions about her time at Chick-fil-A, and what favorite memories she has made over the years.

Before working at Chick-fil-A, Millie worked as a manager at another restaurant for 13 years. Her District Manager at the time left that restaurant and began working at Chick-fil-A. After one month, he told Millie that she needed to come work for this amazing company… so that is what she did!
Millie was nervous to leave the job that she had, but she decided to take a leap of faith and make the jump. She says it is the best life choice she could ever have made!

“What skills are you learning at Chick-fil-A that have grown you as a person and as a professional?”

“Chick-fil-A has taught me how to be a caring leader. I am a better leader, wife, and mother because of Chick-fil-A and the way the people I work with have impacted my life. On my first day, I did not come in with the mindset that I would know everything just because I was a manager somewhere else; I came eager to learn everything! It was my goal to become a manager someday. Other leaders took me under their wing and I learned a lot very quickly!

Throughout my years at Chick-fil-A, I have learned from so many different leaders, each teaching me different skills that have developed me into the leader that I am today.

Chick-fil-A is truly the best company to work for. We are not just a company that sells chicken, but a family that truly care about each other. It is a great place to learn and grow. No matter what path you decide to take in life, you will always take a part of Chick-fil-A with you!”

By verifying your ID through ID.me, we are able to send rewards to our community heroes as a way to say THANK YOU for all that you do!

1. Go to "For You" at the bottom of your Chick-fil-A app, then click "Account" in the top right
2. Go to "Profile and Preferences" and then "Edit Profile"
