Bent vine charcoal upon thy hand
As dried shavings embraced their fate
Heritage candles nested beyond editions
Well past their first
Scanning the bark of history
The winged cradles of time
To laugh without a compass
Love without a home
Children of the night
Sleep tight
Rosewater bathes inside your light
Roads of twilight can shed thorns
Whispered wisdom exclaims the storks
Who see far beyond this horizon
Cactus understands winds carving drought
Do not doubt the etchings forming
Dreams of the impossible
Where canyons dug beauty into the earth
And dragonflies flourish inside volcanic dust....
