CNXN 2025 is returning from January 14–17!

Connection is a leader in providing innovative, cutting-edge technology solutions for global organizations of all sizes. For the past five years, Connection has hosted their annual conference, bringing people together for meetings, general sessions, and a tradeshow. We are thrilled to welcome them back and are excited for them to enjoy their time here once again.

To enhance the experience, the group works with their hired production company, United, to transform our Grand Ballroom for their general session.

On Tuesday, we hosted the Boca Bowl Luncheon here at the convention center. Attendees consisted of coaches, staff, and players from both JMU and WKU, the teams that competed in the Boca Bowl.

Last night was the big Boca Bowl game. It was an exciting match, and we'd like to extend our congratulations to James Madison for their 17-27 victory.

Since 2014, the Boca Bowl Luncheon has been held here in our Grand Ballroom, bringing in great energy and out in-house catering serving up delicious food each year.

Over the past year, we've hosted more than 120 events here at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Our largest space, Exhibit Hall AB, has been the setting for a wide range of events, including tradeshows, consumer shows, car displays, awards ceremonies, and general sessions. With its versatile space, the possibilities for bringing your vision to life are endless, and we're confident you'll have exciting ideas for enhancing the area.

The tradeshow event featured in the image hosted over 800 attendees, making full use of our entire facility. Our 100,000-square-foot hall accommodated over 80 booths, with a spacious area for lunch, catered by our exclusive in-house catering partner, OVG Hospitality.

As a non-union venue, we welcome third-party decorators and vendors for any services not exclusive to our facility. Our goal is to ensure your event runs smoothly and successfully.

Last night, our Elf, Gimbel, arrived to begin his monthly watch over the PBCCC. This month, he’ll be busy overseeing a couple of major events:

December 15 – Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival

In addition to these exciting events, we also have a variety of private holiday parties and luncheons to spread some festive cheer.

"No filter needed, just the beauty of Florida's fall weather."

In South Florida, fall feels a bit different from other parts of the country. While many are bundling up indoors, our temperatures stay in the low 70s to 80s, making it the ideal weather to enjoy our outdoor event space, SKYroom.

SKYroom can accommodate up to 400 guests in a reception-style setting, with the option for an in-and-out arrangement to accommodate even more attendees.

Our adjacent hotel, Hilton West Palm Beach, offers additional outdoor event spaces just a short walk away.

ASUG brought in some incredible performers to elevate the attendee experience. While the general session provided valuable insights, it was the opening that really sparked excitement and got everyone eager to learn.

The performers, all local talent, were a highlight of the event. We truly appreciated their time and the energy they brought to the convention center.

We’ve once again teamed up with Meals on Wheels of the Palm Beaches for the 10th annual Pie It Forward event!

This fun and meaningful initiative helps support the homebound senior community in Palm Beach County by funding the purchase of donated pies for Thanksgiving. For every $30 donation, a pie is provided, and the proceeds will fund a week of hot, nutritious meals for a local senior in need. In appreciation, donors will receive a delicious pie, generously donated by some of Palm Beach County’s top restaurants, hotels, country clubs, bakeries, and food artisans.

While all physical pies have already been pre-ordered, virtual pies are still available. Donations for virtual pies will go directly to providing meals for homebound seniors in our community. Visit https://mowpbpie.org/buy-pies #/ for more information.

The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) event for Palm Beach County schools featured engaging workshops and a delightful luncheon for local students. The catering was provided by OVG Hospitality, the food and beverage division of Oak View Group, offering a delicious spread that everyone enjoyed.

Breakout sessions took place in Meeting Rooms 2A through 2F, as well as our Grand Ballroom, with over 630 teachers and students in attendance. As this is an annual event, we look forward to welcoming them back next year!

The Cheney Brothers, Inc. Headquarters, Inc. Sales Meeting took place this past Friday, featuring a general session and several exhibitors presenting their products within the food industry.

The event utilized Ballroom ABC, which accommodates up to 380 people in a classroom-style setup, while Meeting Room 2DEF was transformed into a vendor area.
