Last week, we held an internal pizza-off with our staff! Our catering team invited all employees to create their own pizza masterpieces. The kitchen was buzzing with fun and creativity as everyone competed in a friendly challenge. Once all the pizzas were cooked, everyone had the chance to taste each one and cast their vote. The top three winners came from the kitchen, bar services, and our exhibitor services manager.

Congratulations to the winners! We love seeing our team enjoy their time together and have fun with colleagues they work alongside.

The Palm Beach County Convention Center is thrilled to introduce the newest addition to the area, the SoFi Center, managed our venue management company, Oak View Group. Following its grand opening earlier this week, we are excited to see the incredible events the SoFi Center, home of TGL (TMRW Golf League), will bring to Palm Beach County!

TGL (TMRW Golf League) is a golf league created by TMRW Sports, a venture founded by sports executive Mike McCarley and professional golfers Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, in partnership with the PGA Tour. The league blends traditional golf with elements of simulated indoor golf and features players from the PGA Tour. Matches are scheduled for weeknights, aligning with the PGA Tour calendar.

At the end of this month, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County will host their annual Claim Your Future Showcase at our venue. This event invites high school juniors and seniors to hear from guest speakers about various industries and essential skills for both the workplace and life. Featuring a wide range of exhibitors and engaging speakers, this event provides valuable opportunities for students to explore their futures and gain new insights.
