Thomas Crome is from Marshall, Illinois and is a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College and Iowa State University. He was a contributing member of the livestock judging team at both institutions.

After receiving his bachelor's degree, Crome completed a Masters in Swine Nutrition and Physiology at Texas Tech University researching fiber and enzymes in gestating sows.

Currently, he is a second year PhD student at Iowa State University researching the health challenged weaned pig. Crome’s family is in partnership with the Rothamel family where they own and operate Jackpot Genetics, Jackpot Genetics, a 20 head sow herd consisting of Spots, Yorkshires, and Crossbreds located in Winterset, Iowa and Marshall, Illinois.

Casey Buzzard is the owner and manager of Southern Jewel Cattle Company where he focuses on the production and promotion of elite Simmental and Brangus cattle.

He and his family recently relocated their operation to Navasota, TX where they hope to keep the legacy going and growing. He is also the Client Services Supervisor for ReproLogix where he manages several IVF satellites and facilities throughout Texas.

Buzzard’s passion for all cattle, both in the show ring and out, has come from a lifetime of experiences all around the country and across just about every breed. He enjoys and is proud to have evaluated cattle in many states as well as in Mexico. Buzzard is the South Florida fair’s open class Angus, All Other Breeds and Brangus judge.

Jackson Noble of Woodleaf, N.C., will be judging the South Florida Fair’s dairy goat youth, showmanship and sanctioned leg show in January.

He has been raising dairy goats since he was six years old when he and his sister received a little buck kid for Christmas. That one buck kid blossomed into what would come to be known as J&M Hideaway Farm.

Noble, along with his sister and mother have bred Nubians goats under the J&M Hideaway Farm herd name since 2009 and have been raising dairy goats since 2007.

He also raises and breeds Nigerians with his wife, Erica, and daughter, Elizabeth, under the 3G Family Farm herd name.

Cole Young and his family raise purebred Brahman cattle in Katy Texas. He was a member of the 2001 National Collegiate Livestock Judging team at Texas A&M and received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Development.

During graduate school, he coached two Collegiate Livestock Judging teams for Sam Houston State University.

Young previously worked in education as an Agriculture Science Teacher and an agent for the County Extension Service through Texas A&M. He now is in agriculture sales for Bag Supply Company.
