Happy Anniversary to Old School!! 9 years!!! A big thanks to the many supporters I have had the pleasure of cooking for, some of those I still cook for all these years later, I wouldn't be here without you. You have watched me grow from kitchen to kitchen to kitchen. Another big thanks to the crew I have had, I am s**t on a stick without a good team behind me, this success wouldn't be possible without you. Many have worked with me for years, and I appreciate you for helping me achieve one of my life goals. The decision to pursue food trucking was one of my best. It was scary now that I think back, and I had no idea what I was doing, but I was driven. Although it has its challenges, I feel both comfort, appreciation and motivation in food trucking; it has made quite a man out of me. The determination, discipline, persistence, drive, vision, ex*****on, passion, appreciation and creativity have all come together while building this brand. I have more motivation than ever, and I am ecstatic for what's next. Every year something big usually goes down, almost to the date, this year we were blessed with being slammed to the point we could barely function; it was barely eat, barely sleep, food truck all day. Last year we had the pleasure of cooking for the one and only at his 100 Dog adoption event out at Big Dog Ranch. We cooked all week for his entire crew and the big dog himself. It was a memorable experience, I went up 5-6 notches in my kids books, the excitement in their eyes was priceless. They each got a custom made dog toy prop. Anytime they see his stuff in the stores, they bring it up.

There's a billboard on the back of my food truck, a big one!!!

I noticed when I was in the drivers seat, I would see cars next to me whip out their phones to check out my website written on giant Tie-Dye glasses. It's a very common occurrence for people to pull up and compliment me on my site, truck and design, VERY common in fact. The wheels in my head started to grind, “the truck” itself is grabbing so much attention, on a consistent basis, wherever we go.

This is where the idea came about for a collaboration, between Old School and other local Florida businesses. We go everywhere from Lucie to Lauderdale. The key factor is we go to NEW places every single week. My team and I have done extensive research on Mobile advertising and we are ready to expand. If you're ready to pioneer your brand or business to some uncharted territory, let's talk.

We are on the road at all hours of the day, The truck is 14' tall, providing the ability to be seen in any traffic, I have discovered you can scan a QR code from 20-30 ft away, so everyone who has been eyeing my Tie-Dye logo will see your business as well. They can snap a picture, pull up your site, or scan a QR code immediately.

I want to acquire many different business classes, real estate agents or brokerages, doctors offices, law firms, chiropractic, medspas, construction trades, automotive and much more. Only one of each industry goes on the “wall” so we don’t encounter a “conflict of interests”. ((We don't cross contaminate inside or outside the truck😂))

I'm so close I can taste it!! That's a large part of what I've been doing these last couple months. I taste it on this, dab it on that, even took a little sip from the bottle, hell yeah. I DO put this s**t on everything. Nutrition facts are in. Wont be long before an expiration date goes on it. We got 358 days till 7/02 rolls around again. I should probably get cracking on making it a holiday IF that's even possible. I have no idea how to. That's honestly never stopped me before.
