Happy Anniversary to Old School!! 9 years!!! A big thanks to the many supporters I have had the pleasure of cooking for, some of those I still cook for all these years later, I wouldn't be here without you. You have watched me grow from kitchen to kitchen to kitchen. Another big thanks to the crew I have had, I am s**t on a stick without a good team behind me, this success wouldn't be possible without you. Many have worked with me for years, and I appreciate you for helping me achieve one of my life goals. The decision to pursue food trucking was one of my best. It was scary now that I think back, and I had no idea what I was doing, but I was driven. Although it has its challenges, I feel both comfort, appreciation and motivation in food trucking; it has made quite a man out of me. The determination, discipline, persistence, drive, vision, ex*****on, passion, appreciation and creativity have all come together while building this brand. I have more motivation than ever, and I am ecstatic for what's next. Every year something big usually goes down, almost to the date, this year we were blessed with being slammed to the point we could barely function; it was barely eat, barely sleep, food truck all day. Last year we had the pleasure of cooking for the one and only at his 100 Dog adoption event out at Big Dog Ranch. We cooked all week for his entire crew and the big dog himself. It was a memorable experience, I went up 5-6 notches in my kids books, the excitement in their eyes was priceless. They each got a custom made dog toy prop. Anytime they see his stuff in the stores, they bring it up.
