I cannot thank you enough for what an outstanding event you put on for us!
Everyone had a spectacular time and everyone was raving about the food!!!!
The staff were absolutely amazing - kudos to each and every one!
Even though this was a very small gathering, and the very first time we have worked together, and
in spite of the fact that you had just a couple of days notice -- you gave us the attention of a favored blue ribbon client.

The roast tenderloin with mushroom was a real highlight. I am so glad we kept it on the menu.
Would you please, please let me know how you prepare this?
