Good afternoon Facebook friends! I’ll be preparing my annual Super Bowl cook to serve the masses that want to enjoy the championship game. This year’s menu for Super Bowl Sunday will be as follows:

Brisket
Beef plate ribs
Pastrami
Pulled pork
Pork belly burnt ends
Baby back ribs

Loaded beans
Mashed potatoes

Super Platter - It includes the following :1 lb ea brisket, pastrami, pulled pork, & pork belly burnt ends; 1 giant beef ribs; 1 rack of baby back ribs; and 2 qt ea of loaded beans & mashed potatoes. This platter should easily feed 12-16 guests.

Good evening and happy holidays! We’re less than 3 weeks from Thanksgiving, and the list is filling up fast! Please see the offerings below:

A la carte Meats:

Whole, Premium Turkey (12-14 lb)
Beef Brisket
Beef Plate Ribs
Freshly Smoked Pastrami
Pulled Pork
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Baby back ribs
St. Louis Spareribs

Sides:

Loaded beans (chock full of smoked meats)
Mashed Potatoes

Platters:

The Traditional: Includes 1 whole turkey (12-14 lb), 1 quart loaded beans, 1 quart mashed potatoes, and 4 ears of corn. This will comfortably feed 8 people!

The Pump Jack: Includes everything, even some turkey! 1 lb each of sliced turkey breast, brisket, pastrami, pulled pork, and pork belly burnt ends; 1 large beef rib; 1 rack of pork ribs (your choice); and 2 quarts each of loaded beans & mashed potatoes; and 8 ears of corn. This will comfortably feed 16 people!
