At Extraordinary Charities, we’re proud to support our program Recipes for Success, where lives are transformed one recipe at a time.

Evan came to us to be trained in culinary skills in one of Recipes for Success's first classes. He recently returned in our last class of 2024 to earn his SERV Safe certification and gain more experience and independence in the kitchen.

Huge shout out to our last term of 2024!

We had students from Potentia Academy as well as returning students and some new friends too!

They have accomplished so much in the last 8 weeks! We could not me more proud of our students and excited to welcome them back for our first term in 2025 for our full 8 week Serv Safe culinary course!

We even had some visitors from The Barracks Legend Foundation got to see our student's Graduation and plan for some fun events in 2025!

For the Graduation they started with a ceasar salad with homemade croutons, chicken parmesan with spicanch on a bed of freshly made spaghetti noodles, finishing off with Jakob's cannoli!

This past month, our Chef and Recipes for Success students prepared 200 Thanksgiving meals for families in need, like Cameron and his housemates in a halfway house. "You gave us a wonderful dinner. I couldn't have appreciated it more. God bless!" 💛
