Did a little smoke before Christmas tried something new and was told it was better than my brisket which I think is far fetched but it did turn out pretty good. But did a pineapple burbon smoked pulled ham and a brisket! The ham is super tender and most definitely not short on flavor!

It was wet and a little wild but got some gourmet slow smoked pulled pork for my 5yo birthday party done yesterday!!!

Gonna be eatin good today!! Over flowed the smoker as well as the pans after I filled one up completely with ribs a little mathematical error in figuring volume but had another pan on hand to make everything work perfectly!!

12 racks of ribs on thought I’d be smart and use rib racks however after wrapping they don’t work to good definitely gonna need an upgrade soon!!

I know not much has been happening lately but there is good reason for it! We are in full swing of competitive travel football! We have a home game next weekend maybe if cards get played right I can get some pulled pork going I have a new method I have been wanting to try out!

What a surprise Saturday!!! It was great!! Ribs came out amazing!! And the Alabama hog pulled right off the bone and apart! And the fish dip let me tell you!! The sausages I was a little nervous about because it has been some time since I’ve done them but all I have to say is Beyoncé was right if you like it you better put a ring on it and that sausage had the perfect ring! Wish I was able to get a pic of it but was in the zone with packaging at that time 🤦‍♂️🤣
