Another delicious yet beautiful charcuterie board… I didn’t know I’d enjoy making them so much, the combination of flavors and colors is what makes it fun and delightful.
From the cheese to the prosciutto and dried fruit I could eat them everyday, and don’t get me started on the pistachios (probably my favorite nut 😉)

Hello friends! You must’ve noticed (or maybe not 🤷🏻‍♀️) that I haven’t posted in a while, well I was feeling discouraged and to be honest a little blue… but you know what I took this time of being “discouraged and blue” to spend more time with my Father and His word and let me tell you something… it was all worth it ♥️
So let me tell you that even in this time God had showed me that He was always with me and He will always be with you too! Trust in Him and leave everything in His hands, you are beautifully made by Him and you have a purpose, just let God show you.
He loves you and get ready because the best is yet to come!!

I’ll tell you a little secret 🤫 I had to create my own alfajor recipe because none of the recipes I learned in Peru worked here (weather, altitude 🤷🏻‍♀️) and after a lot of trial and error I got the right one and created a business from that! So yes! I’m obsessed with alfajores 😍

First time trying this new technique to treat my family for Valentine’s Day, Pionono con corazones ♥️ Well, practice makes a master right? What do you think??

This have been a dream of mine for a long time and this year I have decided to share with you recipes, tips and more. So, this is the first of many recipes I’ll share with you! Hope you enjoy them and try them at home ☺️ 2/3 egg whites room temperature 1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp salt In a glass bowl combine egg whites and sugar. Place the bowl over boiling water whisking constantly, until all the sugar has dissolved, (note: the water should not be touching the bowl.) Remove from heat and pour the mixture into your mixing bowl, then add the salt, and vanilla. Using your whisk attachment, whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form and your mixing bowl has cooled off. Bake meringues at low temperature (200°F) for 90 minutes or until dry. Time depends on the size of the meringues. *Tips: •Don’t make meringues on humid days. Humidity causes meringues to be sticky and chewy. •Allow meringues to cool off in the oven after baking, this way they will cool slowly and won’t crack. •Store meringues in an airtight container.
