Parties over here! Parties over there! Parties, Parties Everywhere! Enjoying an evening interacting with guests as they build their own Vietnamese Spring rolls and sharing with their friends! This Hawaiian Inspired menu was fun and full of Island flare! From an interactive “make it yourself” appetizer to a colorful Sushi spread. Then onto Udon noodles and Tempura to represent long life and prosperity for the New Year. A Delicious, fluffy Vegetable Fried Rice and tender juicy Teriyaki Chicken as the main course. Macha Ice cream and tea service for Desert! Thank You Craig Parish for trusting us to make your Holiday Party spectacular!

We started with an elegant and festive Charcuterie Spread featuring our house made Pesto Cheese torte, Apricot and Walnut torte, Smoke Salmon Dip, Spicy Artichoke dip.
