In 2017 Josh and I bought this Food Truck. We developed a menu and branded our Business as Food Evolution. I didn’t know anything about operating a Food Truck when we started. In 2020 Josh built “Joshua Lee’s Pit BBQ and by 2021 we were off and running. Operating 2 mobil food concepts side by side.
