Many years ago at the age of 17, a woman in Chicago introduced me to Mary Kay products. Back then they had this oatmeal routine. where you mixed the oatmeal with another product and put it on your face. well even at that age I could see difference it made in my skin.
Years went buy and I stop using it . But when I moved to Minnesota in 1994, I noticed that my skin was showing signs of aging. I then started searching for a Mary Kay consultant in the phone book,
I came across my Directors Debra Allison's name so I called her and told her about my early age experience with Mary Kay and how I loved the products. Deb asked me if I had ever thought of selling Mary Kay; I said no because no one had ever told me I could sell it. Deb then explained the Mary Kay business to me and I liked what I heard, especially the part about the 50% off and the wonderful friendships I could make. So I tried it and was hooked with both the products and Debs wonderful bubbly Spirit. My Mary Kay journey has been on and off due to illness, but I never quit.
I could never again be without my Mary Kay products or my Mary Kay Sisters. The great products and the wonderful people I have met and service keeps me going. I'm in until the end, Besides Mary Kay is now according to the Euromonitor International # 1 in skincare and cosmetics so who would want to quit a company like that.

Just putting this out here for some serious feedback. Would anyone, be interested in buying a tablescape kit? If so, what items would you want included, and what others added items would you be willing to buy for a reasonable price?
Would you be willing to join a Tablescape Seasonal package club. Here you would pay a monthly club fee and receive seasonal discount Tablescape packages.

Running your own business is not an easy task, in order to remain effective and in Buisness, you have to constantly analyze and adjust. You need to analyze what your doing, the time it’s taking, the money it’s costing etc etc. because times change and so do circumstances. We recently made a few changes to our operating procedures. We will now be charging a $100 consultation fee, it’s non refundable but can be used towards your balance if hired. I have noticed that we have missed on opportunities because we only did verbals quotes but now we are focusing on that aspect in order to provide a better service. We will also be limiting our services to small events of no more than 100 guest. We will be adding in home table scape and decor to our list of services. This will be for holidays and home remodeling. REDDS is an event design and decoration service for weddings, adult birthdays( we do not do children parties), anniversaries, and special occasion parties.
