We feature “smoked meats” to share our love of authentic BBQ. Our meats prepared and smoked fresh in our smokers specific to your event. Our “Smoked Meats” are done the old fashion way of cooking low and

slow for optimum flavor and tenderness. Our vision inspired the business name, “Especially For You” What you want, prepared specific to you, our Customer.

Licensed, insured, Salt Lake County Health Department permitted & “ServeSafe” Food Protection Manager certified. We use Reqtec pellet smokers for our meats. BBQ Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Meatloaf, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Baked Beans, Smoked Macaroni & Cheese, Garlic Mashed potatoes’, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Corn dog’s, Fries, Quesadilla’s, Nachos, Grilled pineapple, etc just for starters!! We can do birthday’s, weddings, baptism’s, funerals, baby showers, corporate events, reunions, or “just because you want to have a party”….you name it we got you covered.

Exploring a new corner of the menu. "Over the top" smoked Chili & Cornbread...lots of possibilities. Chili burgers & Dogs or chili fries, Frito pie. Chili Mac, not sure the market for smoked chili but this is the best "over the top" Chili ever and a vegan option as well.
