Background information for Baila with Kat! My experience, background and passion for dance make my Zumba® classes very unique. I love to dance and the Zumba® Fitness program gives me an opportunity to share my passion for dance and help others achieve their fitness goals! I believe that exercise should be fun and that everyone can dance. You don't have to be a professional dancer to enjoy a Zumba® class. However, the amount of fun you have doing it is totally up to you!
