The struggles this piece gave me. I spent wayyyy too many hours top coating, sanding, flood coating, sanding, sanding and more sanding, and then of course polish and final touches.

This is why all turn around times are estimates. I cannot foresee which pieces will be kind to me and which will make me want to pull my hair out with finish work.

I want to get your pieces as close to perfection as possible and that takes time! I’d rather spend 2 extra weeks on your piece than rush to get it back to you and it not be up to my standards. Be kind to your resin artists!

We cannot stress enough that after flowers are dried, many flowers will change colors! Color correction can save a bouquet from a dark brown destiny.

Tropical flowers, anthurium, orchids, calla lilies among others, are notorious for changing anywhere from a yellow to a dark brown color after drying due to the moisture content. It is also the only sure way to avoid “love spots” which are opaque spots that will show when a flower is poured in resin. These are the result of bruising and handling that occurs from the time the flowers are cut off their stems to the time they make it to our studio.

Our specialized color correction methods are the best way to bring your flowers back to life and return them to their original vibrance.

I’ve been getting a of questions lately about how the preservation process work….Here’s a quick overview!

1. We will rehydrate any blooms that may have lost a little life during the shipping/drop off process

2. Next, we will trim down the blooms that we feel will preserve the best

3. Then, we dry your flowers using our unique drying process

4. Blooms will dry for a few weeks until completely dry

5. Design is our favorite part of the process

6. Up next, we pour your pieces carefully over many days to ensure the best quality product

7. Finally, we prepare shine and buff your piece to get it ready to ship back to you or you can pick up at our Westfield location!
