BUSINESS OPERATING DAYS CHANGED. Starting on September 19th, for our final two weeks of the season we are going to be OPEN THURSDAY-SUNDAY 11am-3pm. Please do not come on Wednesdays as we will not have any food prepared.

Incase you haven't heard our last day of the season will be Sunday September 29th.

As in year's past we will be closed for vacation the week of July 4th. We're at the trailer today (Sat, 6/29) until 3pm and will be back on our usual Wed - Sat schedule on July 10th.

We are now closed for the day! Thank you to those of you who came by! Always great to greet our Regulars as well as the new folks! The response to this post was amazing and we ended up selling out of brisket & ribs really quickly...so thank you!!
Are you hungry? We cooked alot of food today and there's lots left!! We're open to 3pm so come by for some pints or quarts of brisket, pulled pork, chicken or ribs for dinner!!

Hello everyone! We will be closed tomorrow, Thursday June 20th, due to the excessive heat. We were open today to test it out and it was exactly how you would've expected it... HOT! Thank you to everyone who has stopped by so far!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately we are unable to open this weekend as I have told some of y'all. This has nothing to do with the health inspection (as I had to cancel it) but because of paperwork and tax side of things. We are working tirelessly to open, all I ask is for a little more patience with more info to come in the future.

Hello everyone! Sorry about being MIA on here for awhile.

I have decided to keep Hubba's going in honor of my dad. It's been harder than I ever imagined and I'm unsure of an opening date but we will be back and we look forward to seeing everyone.

I have made the difficult decision however that there will be no catering for the beginning of the year as I want to make sure I can keep the same quality (or better!) as years prior. Hopefully we will be able to take catering orders later in the year with more information on that to come in the future.

Thank you to everyone for all of the well wishes, thoughts, prayers and everything else that we may be forgetting, The amount of love and support has meant the world to our family and is truly helping us in this tough time. We are having a wake on Saturday February 10th from 2pm-6pm at Blake Funeral Home at 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford MA. There will be a celebration of life in Pennsylvania with more details on that to come in the future.

It comes with heavy hearts to say that Brad “Hubba” Hudson passed away yesterday, February 2nd, 2024. He had a sudden brain hemorrhage early in the morning and passed peacefully just the way he would’ve wanted. We will keep everyone updated with what is to come in the future. Thank you in advance for all of the well wishes, thoughts and prayers.
