Love . Yesterdays Dinner …

my recommendation for preparation:

•dry the Meat with a paper towel ( will give a better crust)
•leave it in room temperature for about 20-30min rub it with the spice you like (I just used salt,pepper, little brown sugar and paprika)
• next you need a really really really hot pan
• place the steak in the pan give 6 -8 min each side
• let it rest, rest, rest and more rest ( believe me your patience will pay off) enjoy ..

I like to add fresh cracked garlic to the pan for additional flavour and the roasted garlic taste awesome

2021 was a fantastic year for . I had the most bookings ever, fantastic sales and revenues but most importantly I meet great people and clients this year and cook some great Food with outstanding local amd substainible Products..

I hope we can continue the same path in 2022 and can be close or better to the year end results for the past 2021 year.
