We’re thrilled to have catered Mastronardi Produce’s BBQ for the third year in a row, and this year was no exception! Working with their amazing HR team and using their incredible produce, we created a menu that truly celebrates freshness and flavor.
This year, we highlighted their produce by creating a Wild Wonders Tomato Pasta Salad and a Mixed Baby Tomato Caprese Salad with a balsamic reduction glaze. 🍅🍽️ And let’s not forget the miniature individual crudités boxes!
