Ken Vlahadamis showed us how to make "Loukoumades," sometimes called Greek donuts or "honey puffs." We also got the details of the St. Constantine and Helen Greek Festival. It's the largest indoor Greek Festival in Michigan.

We will be having open interviews on Monday 11/18 and Tuesday 11/19 from 1-5:30PM at the Hellenic Cultural Center (36375 Joy Road, Westland, MI 48185).

No appointment necessary. We will meet with all the candidates on a first come, first serve bases. With the intentions to hire someone before the end of the month.

Expect a 15-20 Minute interview. No resume required but feel free to bring one if you'd like. If you cannot attend during these designated times, please email us at [email protected] to coordinate another date.

You will be meeting with the Banquet Hall Manager and Assistant Manager.
