Hi, it’s been a minute since we’ve had a chance to post. 😅 Our fearless leader had a planned ankle surgery 2 weeks ago, and today he’s officially out of the splint and into a walking brace! 👏

Chef’s recovery is going well and we expect he will be ready to serve up your favorites next week!

Have you heard the news? It’s going to be hot this weekend 😅 So that means we are turning off some of our kitchen equipment and bringing in new menu items to help you stay cool and our staff to stay safe.

That includes fan-favorite Mango Salad, with fresh mango, French feta, and citrus vinaigrette. We’ve added a new protein option - marinated tofu!

For other items, we don’t have pictures yet because many of these new items have never been on the menu before, so you’ll have to come to Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery to check them out and share your own pictures. Be sure to tag us!
