How it started —> how it’s going.

Mochiko chicken returns! Fried chicken pieces in a Hawaiian-style sweet-rice-flour batter. Instead of our original shareable (first photo), our newest fusion dish is all yours, served as an entree in a rice bowl along with bok choy, edamame, grilled peppers and a Korean gochujang sauce (second photo)!

On the menu today at Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery. Come try it out with your favorite beer or NA option.

Warm up with a burger with all the toppings! Like all our beef burgers, the Steakhouse starts with a Black Angus patty and then gets topped with blue cheese, caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, and our housemade steak sauce. Try it with local smoked bacon and a fried egg!

Beer starts at noon, market opens at 3, and live music in the evening. We will be serving all day!

Chef is having some fun this weekend!

🌮 A new taco is on the menu and it is delicious! Butternut squash and housemade turkey chorizo 🤯 Served on an heirloom corn tortilla with avocado crema, cojita cheese, and pepitas.

🫓 Kimchi chicken roti is brand new and we don’t even have a picture yet! Grilled organic chicken, kimchi, miso kewpie, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, and greens wrapped in a freshly grilled roti.

Plus hummus and burgers and brie & turkey and more, we have something for everyone.

It’s been a weird day, we had truck issues and cancelled but were able to find a rental and ‘uncancel’. 😅 We are looking forward to serving you!

Apple and Boursin burger is one of our specials with grilled local apples, Boursin cheese, caramelized onions. It’s a beautiful night on the patio!
