Tomorrow / Sunday 11/2, we will be serving brunch all day at Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery! Menu includes breakfast tacos, hangover burger, Corey-approved blueberry pancakes, and elote avocado toast (with mashed avocado, queso fresco, grilled corn, like crema, and fried egg).

There will be pajama brunch, the game on the big screen, and live music in the taproom. See you there!

We have been cooking up something awesome for the winter season! We will be in residency at Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery from January thru mid-March!

Chef has some concepts he working on, so you can expect some new menu items and specials. Prime rib dinners, anyone? How about brunch? Who wants more plant based options? Comment with your suggestions!

Apple season means the Apple Boursin Burger! Grilled apples, herby cheese, fried onions, and balsamic glaze smother a black angus beef patty. It’s available this weekend while supplies last!

Our public events this weekend are all on the hilltop at Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery, to celebrate their 20 year hop-iversary!

Tonight Friday 10/3 - Seph Custer and Sky Dolphin kick off the weekend music
Saturday 10/4 - Artisan Market opens at noon, live music starts at 2 with Jon Bailey, Boothill Getaway Bluegrass, and Seph Custer jam session. We here there will be a light show! The weather is looking perfect for fire pits and the outdoor stage.

Chef has a new Oktoberfest inspired menu item starting tonight - he will be serving kasekrainer - a smoked pork and cheese German sausage, made locally, served with warm sauerkraut, Bavarian mustard, on a toasted brioche roll.

Happy September! It’s a beautiful day to join us on the hilltop at Black Locust Hops Farm Brewery for a relaxing Labor Day, and we will be back this Thursday 9/4, too!

Chef has sooo much on the menu today that I can’t list them all, but here’s a sampling:
🔥 Pit beef 2 ways (featuring wagyu beef and smoked onsite) will be ready sometime early afternoon!
🍔 Our house made black bean burger topped with a zesty curry pickled slaw
🍗 Grilled turkey sandwiches 2 ways with brie and honey or pepper jack and siracha aioli

Saltado Sunrise: steak and egg tacos with cojita cheese, red onion, cilantro, aji amarillo crema, on corn tortillas with a side of green chili salsa

Breakfast sandwiches until 2, brunchy tacos, burgers, and shareables all day!

New menu items this weekend!

Chef is taking inspiration from South American cuisine this week and using summer produce for some new burgers/bowls and brunch items. There are too many to list (and no pictures yet!), but here’s a sampling…
🌽Mexican street corn hummus
🍅Chimichurri BLT with local tomatoes,
🍔Black bean/lentil/quinoa burger with charred corn, roasted red pepper, and vegan aji amarillo crema
🌮Breakfast steak tacos with egg, cojita cheese, salsa verde, onions, and cilantro

Even our classics are getting dressed up, with the TCB wrap (shown) available with a chimichurri crema.
