We would like to thank everyone who supported the Carroll County Fair last week, whether through sponsorship, volunteered, purchased cakes, raffle tickets, or came out to enjoy our exhibitors projects and entertainment. We also extend our appreciation to our EMS volunteers and Fire Departments who showed up every day. The Carroll County Fair is fortunate to have such a supportive community.

We are hosting our annual Car Demolition Derby today Sunday at 1:00 PM. Gates open at 11:00 AM.

$10.00 Admission 8 and under are FREE. $5.00 parking begins at 11:00 AM.

Please bring your lawn chairs or blanket’s.
Food will be availble on the grounds.
No outside food allowed

RAIN DATE: Demo derby rescheduled to Sunday, Aug 4th @ 1pm. Gates open 11am, pits open 9am for drivers/crew. See you tomorrow for the smash-up!

Admission is $10.00. 8 and under is FREE.
We will have a parking fee of $5.00 per vehicle after 11:00 AM.

UPDATE: Due to the weather this evening, the demo derby has been canceled. Information regarding a make up date will be posted within the next hour.

We are evaluating the current weather situation as it relates to the Demo Derby. We will provide an update shortly.

Well the Carroll County Fair is offically over this evening. We cannot thank all the people who brave the heat and rain this evening and came out tonight to support our youth at the Livestock Sale.

We will finish out tomorrow with our Car Demolition beginning at 6:00. PM. Gates will open at 4:00 PM

$5.00 Parking after 11:00 AM

Join us at tonight Livestock Sale scheduled to start at 4:30 PM. This is a great way to help support our 4-Her's with their projects and also fill your freezer with some good quality meat. We will be using 2 Sale rings tonight. Ring 1 located inside the Shipley Building will be selling Beef Cattle, Swine, and Grand Champions animals. Ring 2 will be located in the large white tent to the right of the Shipley Building entrance. Ring 2 will be selling Market Sheep, Market Lambs, and Meat Birds, Please see the line up for Ring 2.

Today is the last official day of our County Fair. We want to thank everyone who has braved the heat and has come out to visit the fair this week. We are finishing out the week with our Livestock Sale tonight. This is a great way to come out and support a 4-Her by purchasing one of the animals they have raised while filling your freezer.

Today's Schedule
9:00 AM - All-Star Showmanship Contest
3:00 PM - 100 Proof Band
4:30 PM - Livestock Sale
6:00 PM - Motorcycle Races $5.00 8 and under Free
7:00 PM - Silent Auction Closes
7:30 PM - Payload Band

Even though the animals and entries will be going tomorrow we have one last event scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd. We will be hosting our annual Car Demolition Derby Scheduled to start at 6:00 PM. Gates open at 4:00 PM. Admission is $15.00 8 and under are Free. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to grab a good seat. ALL TICKETS WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED AT THE GATES. THERE ARE NO PRESALE TICKETS.

Anyone interested in purchasing left over bagged shavings from the Carroll County 4H & FFA Fair, we will be selling them Friday night 8/11 from 6:30 pm to 8pm at the ag center. The Bags are $6 each. These will be very useful if you plan to attend State fair.
