Winding down from a busy schedule with a seven course holiday dinner party finale. First time trying braised pork belly which received rave reviews. I am posting the recipe, inspired by Alessandro Stratta. The aromas will knock your culinary socks off! A few pixs taken.....table decor, winter roasted vegetable risotto with parmesan tuile, braised pork belly with asparagus "fettucini" & smoked applewood bacon lardons. A happy New Year to all the buzzies and a grateful thank you for all your help, success stories and humor.
