The sunrise this morning was stunning! A few minutes before the sun began to rise, a thick layer of fog rolled over the flower field causing the sun to cast a beautiful orange hue across the horizon. I’m exciting for the many mornings I’ll be spending here picking armloads of flowers🧡🌼🌞

Field prep has been going great here on the farm. I was able to get 5 rows of plastic down about a month ago, and my direct seeded crop is germinating and looking fantastic!
In the “nursery” field, I’ve harrowed a few times and will then go in with the rototiller to break up the grass clumps more. I will then sprinkle fertilizer and lay plastic!
