Hey NWI families! 👋 We’ve noticed a rise in scam party rental pages popping up on local Facebook groups this year—offering unreal low prices, then disappearing taking your deposit without delivering. We received several calls last year & it is already happening this year with frantic individuals that were scammed on their event day. We try our best to help everyone, but there's times we cant handle anymore rentals. We want to help you spot the fakes and keep your celebration on track, without any last‑minute panics.
**How to vet a party rental company**
- Check Indiana’s business registry
Head to https://bsd.sos.in.gov/publicbusinesssearch and make sure the name you’re booking shows up as an active, legally‑registered business.
- Look for a Google Business Profile | Yelp | Etc.
They will have reviews, photos, etc.
- Ask for proof of insurance
Inflatable rentals are high‑risk, and only a handful of underwriters cover them. A real rental company will happily show you a valid, Amusement policy.
If a price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Over the last few years, commercial insurance rates for inflatables have tripled, equipment costs keep climbing, and we invest in new gear and pay our team fair wages so your event runs safely and on time with clean/nice equipment. Nobody likes raising prices—but it’s the only way to keep quality high and operations smooth.
We’ve even teamed up with NWI Party Rentals throughout the rent years to cross‑support each other when orders spike—because everyone deserves a great party. 🎉 So we speak on them being a legit business as the local community already knows. If you ever have questions, send us a message. Let’s keep the fun going—without the scams!
Last & final- we have more new releases coming soon! Keep your eyes out for updates.
