During the winter, we have more time for homemade Sunday dinners. Today we decided to make Birria๐Ÿ˜ Most people know of the viral beef Queso Birria tacos or Birria ramen, but we find Lamb Birria far more superior, tender and delicious ๐Ÿคค Kelsey goes with crispy queso birria tacos with a side of consume, while Juan loves enjoying it like a soup topped with onions, cilantro and lime!
